Legal Question in Family Law in India

I'm legally married (arrange marriage and got reigistered also) 9 years back. But due to uncompatibility we are living seperately for more than 8years and ever since we dont have any contact with each other and dont know about his where abouts. Now that there is no chance of we both uniting again i want to take legal divorce. I request any of you to Kindly advice me the legal procedure for divorce. Thanks.....

contact any local advocate and he will file divorce case for you. As if u dont know his warebouts even then it is possible to file divorce but then u have to prove that u did not know his ware abouts and it will take some time but you will get divorce.

you can go for mutual consent divorce.
