Hello, I have been legally married for past 5 years but have never stayed together and now seeking for divorce, as my husband doesn't feel like being together. I am a hearing impaired woman. Now, for this divorce, i wanted to know how much Lupsum settlement fees can i ask from my husband. He is a Dr. by profession and i have a clear idea that he earns around 1.5 lac per month. Please guide me.

you know his financial position better. but from above facts you may atleast ask for Rs 10 lacs as lumpsum alimony
