i am the legally seperated lady i myself proposed for divorce, after divorced my husband was expired , i didn't received nothing bharanam, i have a son aged 16years, now he is in inter iiyear.

i am intresting to stay my in law's home. but they are refusing, when husband was expired the required traditional formalities done by my child itself. my father in law is retired bank employee. he is getting pension , property is there

your son has a right over the properties left by him father and he may file a suit for partition.

Who got the custody of the your child from the court ?You cannot stay at your ex-inlaws house now if they dont want you to stay there.
