Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got a letter from someone that said my husband was cheating on me with the person that sent me the letter. This letter was sent to my parents address and I don't live with my parents. I want a divorce based on these grounds and is the letter enough to prove he is cheating. The person who sent the letter never said who they were and my husband denies he is having an affair. Also is the letter enough to prove my husband is having an affair and have him put in Jail.

The letter is merely hearsay and it will not serve as a evidence in the court. Its better you should try and sort out the differences and live happily.
