Legal Question in Family Law in India
If i live in my husbands house if he is not maintaining me and my son. Can i
ask for maintenance thru court. Some peopel telling that if i live in my husbands
house then court will feel that he is maintaining me.
because the house rents are high and also for me difficult to live with 2 years
son alone.

he is not only liable to provide you with residence but also to maintain you in terms of food clothing and life style as per his living standards. you may move the court for maintenance.
