I dont want to live with my husbnd bcoz of his mis behavior & irrespsct for me.i hate him a lot & cant live with him i want divorce .but how can i proof that in court

so far as proving of all these assertion is concern you may please prove by giving incidents of his misbehaviour, the words and gesture which caused dis-respect for you. Both misbehaviour and disrespect are cause of mental cruelty which is a ground for divorce. You do not need to allege the hatred.
