Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I live in hyd25,female. Married in 2009,Nov. Recently i gave birth to baby boy 2 months ago. my mother in law and my husband are torturing me . i am a working women. She used to harrase me for not washing my clothes daily. i used say that I can wash weekly. but she used to ask me to wash them daily. And I had to travel for 70km to and fro . it used to be very difivult for me to do house hold things daily. So i asked them to shift the house so that i can do the work and go. But they didnt listen. before mrg my mother told them that she wud give one house for me in my native place. After mrg they used to ask to sell it and give money. My husband used to scold me for things like for not washing his fathers and brothers underwares. I shudnt go to my mothers house. I cannot buy anything with my own money without taking her permission. she used to harrase me for kids. exactly after one year i was pregnant. Suddenly I got stomach ache. Then I went to my moms house. they took me to hospital then I came to know that am pregnant. Then they scolded me " why did you go for test with ur parents". when I was in 2nd month my husband went to US on ofc work. My mother in law used to harrase me. then I told i cannot travel to ofc since am pregnant. then they shifted house. In 6th month once i asked that i wud go to my mothers house for one hour. He didnt send me. So i cried. Then they made it as a big issue and she asked me to go to my moms house and closed the door. after delivery doctor asked me not to eat spicy foods. but she used to come to my mothers house harrased me to eat all spicy foods

now they left me and my kid and not coming to my house. Not lifting phns. He took my money and not giving.not responding to my calls and msgs. What can I do now ?
