Legal Question in Family Law in India

I live in Italy and got married 7 months back. My wife joined me in Italy. She is from a very well to do family and her father is a wealthy man. In last 7 months of her being here she did not managed to get a job or make any money sitting in Italy. So she went back to her parents place in India.

I was very dissatisfied by this act and her parents are pushing me to come back by leaving my job in italy. She dont want to live in my parents house due to her own issues with my mother.

Now in this situation if I go for divorce then can she claim for any of the properties earned by In-Laws and can she claim for the apartment which I have in UP completely by my name for which i am still liable to pay Rs 20 Lac to bank?

The duration of marriage is just 7 months and she is working in india living with her parents.

You have no choice but to file for Divorce against your wife in India only and no where else. Engage a good lawyer who would guide you as he would have many questions to ask you before he gives you his legal advice in all the issues pertaining to your marriage etc.
