I live in jalandhar, was married in bhopal. I wish to file 498/406 against my inlaws and husband as being harrassed by them even after six months of marriage. It's been more than one year of our sepration. Can I file these cases from my paternal home where I am living right now ? Secondly, My husband has filed 9HM against me from bhopal can I transfer that case to my current place where I have been living right away (paternal home) ? How should I proceed ? and what are the points to be taken care of ?

u can file your desired litigation from jalandhar itself but u need to file a transfer petition in Supreme court of India at New Delhi and get the case filed by him at Bhopal, transferred to Jalandhar. in case he is successful in obtaining a decree of conjugal rights, your other cases would become weak.
You can file criminal complain in Jalandher itself. For transfer of the ( HM case file transfer petition in the Supreme Court.
