Legal Question in Family Law in India

i think in this situation, the NHRC may not be able to help you out but a lawyer can. you may retain a lawyer who may defend you and your family against the possible threat of false dowry case. India is having such a law and no where in the world this term 'dowry' is being recognized. this law was enacted to curb the harassment of brides due to dowry but unfortunately, the same is being used as a tool to harass the groom and his family, by some unscrupulous people.

What is status in london ? Are you a citizen or there on some non immigrant visa ? Please clarify.What is your reason not to take your wife to london ? How much are you earning PM ? These are very important issues to safe guard you and your family from the threat ,if any , in future from your inlaws .

Why you are not able to take your wife to london. If you had such a problem and position then you should not have married at all. It amounts to cheating. You married a girl without any intention of living with her. So you have no right to say anything about Indian laws. If any such acts had been done in any other countries then the girls of those countries will make the life of the such men miserable. Indian ladies have no such capacity so the laws of India is giving them protection from scrupulous persons. But like in every good deed some bad elements try to take advantages in these laws also it is being taken.
