In India, having sex outside marriage is a matrimonial offence under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The girl whom you claim to be your 'new found love' cannot get the status of a wife and she will remain a "mistress' or a "concubine".

Your action will be sufficient for your wife and children to seek separation from you; it may jeopardize your married life.

In the event of separation, this girl may claim all the rights of a wife under Domestic Violence Act.

You need to stick to one woman and make your choices clear. If you want to live with the second girl who you claim to love, you may need to seek divorce from your wife if you have sufficient grounds; or else you may have to request your wife to divorce you and you may need to provide her adequate compensation.
