Legal Question in Family Law in India

My live in partner filed a false 498A for which I was arrested including my family and spent 28 days in judicial custody now she is threatening me to accept that we were married and says if I deny i'll be jailed again. Also she is now asking to for a re-joining and threatening that the court will re-join our relation after the hearing I fear for my family's safety and do not want a re-joining. Please help.........
