Legal Question in Family Law in India

My live in partner filed a false 498A and 307 case and jailed my entire family including fdad mom and myself. I spent 28 days in JC and is out on bail now now she is threatning us with 493 if I deny the marriage also she is now trying to patch-up as her family has denied her about any monetary help. Her mother holds a good post with the local CPIM Mahila Samity. Please help my family.....................................................
