Legal Question in Family Law in India

Live-in-relationship

I had affair with a girl since 5 years. we use to meet monthly/bimonthly. In-between we stayed together for about 3 months. She got aborted twice without anesthesia. Last year also our affair continued and we used to meet each week. I have helped her in getting a job in my company and now she earns a handsome salary. I helped her in continuing higher distance education and professional certifications (paid about 60k) . Sometime I used my credit card for some of her expenses. Nobody knows about any of this.

When my parents start looking for alliance, she was not ready/keen to marry me, she herself found some matrimonial profile and suggested me. She was not ready to disclose this to her parents also. She also invited some matrimonial profiles for her to her house.

Later when i get engaged she went to the bride's house without my knowledge and said that we had affair, showed some evidence which she created by kept me in trap without my knowledge and stopped the marriage.

So, after this act my parents are NOT willing to accept her and insisting me to marry some other girl.

Now looking back i see most of the things she does crooked/offending and breach trust which i oversaw bcz i trusted her. And for the past 4 months we are not in contact. And i don't want to continue her relation. Now she said to a common friend that she is ready to give written statement that she did mistake and don't interfere in my future life. But i feel she may be in oscillating mind.

Is this a legal live in relation?

Do i have to sort it only by legal means? Any other way?

Is their any legal problem if i marry a new girl? How should i avoid it?

Please give a direction and other facts needed for making decision so that i can approach a lawyer with proper information.

in case you do not want to continue this live in relationship, you may discontinue it by staying apart and in case she does any act contrary to law, seek help of a lawyer to serve the notice.
