Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am living in my father-inlaw named house from my marriage on wards due to my husband and his parents harrashment i booked 498Acase against them. Now 498A is in trial in between I put maitenance case but he planned and came to me that he will join with me and i told the same in the court after that maintenance case closed without giving any amount. But after the day my husband has not come to me.They are staying near by village where they hv poultry form which is on his brothers name. But i am in the same house alone and i sent my son to my mother for studies and taking care of my son. Now again i filed case for maintenance. But in his couter he given that he is staying in the same house and arranging food,cloth etc. (Bcz i was in his father name house so he want to push me from the house ). In this situation how can i get maitenance sir pl adivse me sir. How to proove he not bringing any thing only with my mother i am getting money and arrangng food my self.
