Living with my parents and a sister, i have two brothers who are abroad . me my wife and an daughter of 1 yrs, my wife regularly threatens me of suicide for very small issues , for say like my mother asks her to help in cooking etc , she is a very lazy woman . almost every day she harasses me for separation of me from my parents . And i deny for that . she suddenly goes to the house terrace at mid nights 11 , threatening me with suicide . its un bearable . i dont no what to do . and i never did any odd to her. and strictly i will stay with my parents and i am ready to sacrifice my marriage. i have'nt seen any humanity in my wife as my mother aged 65 has to do all the house hold work and my wife does'nt even help her. I knew that my wife don't want to live along with my parents , kindly guide me as i dont want to leave my parents at this age.

you may file a police complaint in this regard and go for divorce on the ground of cruelty. you may also file a private complaint to the Magistrate for her acts of attempt to suicide and criminal intimidation. but before that, try n find the reason and counsel her with the help of a psychologist.
