Legal Question in Family Law in India

i'm living with a person who got married with another girl from a different caste on 2006 dec. on 2008 my man has filed for divorce in the court. the case is still pending.. the first girl dont want us to live together.. we did nt get married legally.. just co habitating.. and we have a boy baby now of 5 mnths.. she is very irritated with this.. can she do anything to us which may lead to police arrest and all.. recently she has filed a case which considers 7 persons as accused including me, my pappa, my sis and my man and his family.. the court has forwarded the case to police for section 156.3. and told that we all have done a criminal crime.. is there anything like she can do to us.. in the case which she gave, she has fabricated many stories which has never happened like we got married by exchanging rings, and i stayed in my man's house and all.. please tell me whether she can create any problem for our social living.. and also is there any section available like i can file a case against her like she is not allowing me to live in this society..??

Your husband may be guilty of "bigamy" and your family may be guilty as his accompalice in the crime. You may not be entitled to file any case against her. better you stay cool and wait for further action. It may be better if your man reach an amicable settlement with her and persuade her for mutual consent divorce. She may be entitled to adequate compensation.
