Legal Question in Family Law in India

We are living in south delhi but my wife already filed a false case under domestic violation act in Kaithal, Haryana ( where her parents are living ). but i want to reunion / restore everything.

so where I can file a case for "restoration of conjugal rights under hindu marriage law.

Can i filed this case in distric court in Delhi (or) in Kaithal, Haryana where already a case of DV act is pending.

(or)

is there any other option e.g. file a case with family court in delhi ( for restoration )

You may file it at Delhi. However, please note that the wife has an option of getting it transferred to the place where she is currently residing.
