Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am living very stressfull life as my son and daughter in law torturing us like anything. They living with us but it is my home . my daughter in law threten us that she will do sucide and will put name of all family members.

Pls guide can we ask them to vacate our house and if yes then can they claim on my property.

dear client...

1st make a police complain regarding such threating being made by ur daughter in law it will safe gurad ur interest.. yes you can ask them to vaccate the house... but need to know whose name the house is in and who is the owner of the house... send me the details at [email protected]
