Thanks for referring an imortant question of law involved in the matter. I had carefully gone into the facts narrated by you in your reference.

As you say that you got married on 26th december 2003,you are living apart from 26th december 2005 and you have tried to communucate a lot by using all media but no use. It appears you are a Hindu , if yes ,You can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rightsunder the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act. If you belond to any other religion please commun icate to make attorney able to advise you well.,

You have seperated from your wife for the last 2years, legally amounts to desertion. since you are keen on saving your marriage File a petition in the courts for restitution of conjugal rights.

You can surely save your marriage if you have not hurt her feelings beyond repairs.

My advicse is : avoid any court proceedings.

Efforts : make constant efforts; send her gifts, flowers, money on any pretext - her birthday, your birthday, marriage anniversary, festivals - Holi, Diwali, Karva, or just on any occasion.

Swallow your ego; and seek forgiveness for any unintended hurt you might have caused her.

also try to find her if is not involved elsewhere.

give her all options;

and do not stop writing her your emotions and your want for her.

remind her of all the good times you have spent together; repeat all those events in your letters. never be tired of writing - registered/UPC/ordinary posts letters.

provide me detail of efforts you make in next two months and inform me of the results.

we can surely work out some thing to save your marriage, if you are sincere.
