Legal Question in Family Law in India

normally how long does it take for the petition for the maintenance to be given to wife & RCR to come to judgment? What is the usual time-frame in our slow-moving judicial system? I know there cannot be an accurate estimae to the answers, but I just seek the usual time it takes for both these orders to take place? Is maintenance ordered simply based on the salary of the husband or the judge arbitrarily decides or are some other factors considered? What if the husband is willing to accept his wife? Is maintenance still to be given?
