Legal Question in Family Law in India
Its was love cum arranged marriage in 2006, in in laws never accepted me but in society pretended too nice. As time passed, the misunderstanding raised between my husband & me. One day after my refusal to meet any of their expectation was forced to move out of the house. Later they brought me again due to society fear but this time it was more misbehavior both abusive & physical based had to call police one night. The next day I left to my parents house & they filed complaint against about my leaving as threatening. In police station, they refused to accept me & handover any belongings, based filed FIR. My husband played emotional game & assured to retain our relation if I submit No action in written. I believed him & submitted but they changed their colour, thus filed 498a & 406. My husband was arrested & my in laws made an escape by bribing the ACP. Here again, he played emotional by convincing me to help him getting the bail. In a day he got arrest on my request in court. He took me back to home but next day onwards my in laws started their complaints & again my husband turned against me. I could not bear the cheating & left along with my belongings with a hope that my husband will realize the lost love but in a month's time I get a notice of divorce with all false allegations against me that too in different state. Today I still hope to relive with him but his parents are making him to forget & go for anther marriage. Since 498a case is still pending & may take years, need to know:
1 - Being working can I get monthly maintenance till the case is over
2 - Can his bail be canceled
3 - Can he be stop in making official trips to other cities & out of India
4 - Came to know that he is an affair, can this go against him
Also, they have mis-used my signed cheques against me & sent me the notice of cheque bounce blame, should I file police complaint or 420 case, what can happen in two options?

you can get the monthly maintenance but his bail can not be cancelled unless serious allegations are made out and he cannot be stopped from going out of india on business or offical trips. in case he has an affair, you may have to prove the adultry. in case there is a cheque bouncing case, you may defend it.
