Love Marriage
Is there anyway that parents can file case against their son or daughter if their son or daughter get married without their concern?

Only if they are minor.

The parents cannot interfere in the "love life" or personal lfie of their ADULT children.
However, the children are minor, the parents have an obligation to watch their interests.
In India, the marriage between boy and girl of different castes becomes a serious issue.
If you are adults, you are entitled to marry as per your choice; you may marry as per Special Marriage Act;
if you are Hindus, you may marry as per Hindu Marriage Act in any temple/gurudwara before a priest.
You may also seek special police protection, if required.

No, parents can not file a case against their son or daughter if their son or daughter get married without their concern. But a case can be filed against son or daughter if their marriege is against the law applicable to them
