i love a women and want to marry her but she is already married and has a son.what are the possible charges against me if i marry her though she loves me too..

instead of languishing in jail for offences of Adultery and Bigamy it is better that she get divorced and marries you.

Legally not possible to marry her, unless she obtains a divorce.
