hello. m living seperately from husband last 2 yrs, having a child of 1.5 yrs. hubby wants divorce. i want to file court case for maintenance n alimony. he has 2 flats. he said flats are on name of his father, but we came to know that flats are owned by him. flats are under construction. possession within 2 months. agreement at name of my husband. how can we prove it, as we dont have agreement papers.

you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and seek orders from the court restraining your husband from relinquishing his rightsi nt he said flats. you may seek court orders directing them to produce property papers.
Better if you both discuss this matter personally.
You can file suit for maintainence and submit an affidavit mentioning possession of agreement with your husband, in that case your husband need to prove ownership and will show papers.
