Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m married in April2007,husband got stroke of paralysis imme in a week,frm then till now he is on treatment.I till now took his care but now wants for mutual divorce as no scope of recovery for him. Inlaws are also troublesome.
WE didnt had registered our marriage till now neither is there any legal document which has my married name.
we also dont have any physical relations but staying together as he care was to be taken. Now want to end this relationship.
My Question is : Can i get divorce by any special way in law as he is unable to travel anywhere ? if so, whts the procedure.

There is no special way to get Divorce. Is your husband is ready to give you Divorce? Please clarify.

yes, you can apply for divorce to the court and he will be summoned. in case he cannot appear himself, he has to be represented through a lawyer and in case he consent to divorce in writing, the court may grant divorce on the basis of power of attorney that may be executed in favour of his next friend.
