Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m a married man serving in government department having one girl child of 12 years of age seeking divorce for the past six years but all in vain as she refuses to budge. is there any hope for me to get divorce as i feel stiffled in this relation. i m 35 yearss of age.

you will have to make out good ground for divorce and in case the court is not convinced, the matter ought to linger on. however, you may ask your lawyer to expedite the matter by seeking short dates.
