I m married in march 2012. My wife is patient of insomina,sleeping prbems from 3 years. Her parents hide me this problms. My wife is tsking medcine it is loraxapam 2 mg -atizane-2 tab.she is taking 3 pills at night everyday.if she dont get it than she cannot get proper rest.this tablet having lots of siideeffect. I m becoming helpless. I want give her divorce so please help me immeditely. Nowadays my marriage is only seven month. My wife is at her parents home and every time she threns me that she want to do susicide

You have to first get an opinion of a doctor and get a report on the disease, the medication and its implication. You may like to file for nullity of the marriage rather than a divorce. But, either would depend upon the scientific analysis of the disease. Insomnia, as such, is not a ground for divorce. If one can enjoy the matrimonial life with the disease, then it cannot be a ground for divorce. Then in that case, concealment of disease will constitute cruelty upon you which is a ground for divorce.
