i m married for 4.5 yrs living separately fr the last 3 yrs with my parents. DVA case and divorce case r filed and 498 was filed.Now i cannot live with my hubby as he is refusing take me bk. in how much time can i get divorced. as husband has filed divorce can i file mutual divorce in how much time can i get searated as i want to get married. can it be done in 2 mths

Yes you can file a mutual consent divorce after withdrawing the other contesting divorce. It'll take you minimum 6 months for both the motions in the divorce and maximum 18 months. No you cannot get Divorce in 2 months.
