Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m a muslim girl. i met a men on marriage website, and after same inquiry, I got married with him. Afterwards. I came to know his first wife and his children. I was really shock, that he cheated on me. Before marriage he told that he was single. i want to give that men punishment of my Fraud hasband what i can do??? pls help me......give suggestion to me.what benifit i will get , what will be the result of this case. And how long it will take be complete?

if your husband is a muslim you can only file a cheating or misrepresentation case against him but if he is a non muslim you can lodge a complaint for Bigamy also.

You can file a cheating case with rape. I am sure it would be difficult for him to escape both the sections of IPC.
