hi, i m neeraj sharma from delhi, i get married 5 months before, now i want to get divorced from my wife, i know we need to spend atleast one year together to file divorce. i just want to know is there any way to get divorce as soon as possible and what will be my alimony amount because my wife is a house wife.
i m working as a software engineer. i am 25 years old and my wife is 24 years old. my wife's family is financially stronger than my family. what will be the maximum amount of alimony in my case and is it neccesary that i have to pay alimony amount?

minimum period that is one year have to be complete
rest all the question about alimony and all depends completely on your wife whatever she will ask will further be negotiated as per your finanacial capability either by court or between both of you
You can avoid that period of 1 year by filing an application u/s 14 of HM Act by giving reason of urgency . Alimony would be decided by your status and income .

if you & your wife are ready for divorce go for mutual consent divorce
you may file divorce even before completion of one year of marriage by moving an application u/s 14 of Hindu Marriage Act. its upto the court to decide the same.
