Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m nitin, staying in kalyan. my marriage date is 28-05-2002. Startly me and my wife living only six month together.after a big quarral happaning in our between both side family. from then, i m both living seperately. i m put up pitition in kalyan court for devorce against my wife and get costudy for child.on date 05-05-2005. after that 05-05-2005 to 28-05-2006 we attend Date To Date presenty in court.At this situation my wife is communicated with me. and we both decided come together. we live together 2 year.Again same quarral again happaning our between.( quaral happning because third person is in our, and i hate him )and she left my home date 14-06-2009.also she not giving any positive response now. i also send legal notice. but she not accepted any notice.or not doing any for or giving decision.
now i finally decided for taking devorce.but my existing devorce case is out of court.now my age is 37. if i again put up devorce pitition in kalyan court , i canot get result earliear.means 2 t0 5 years may be wait.
My quation is
1] Can i get fast devorce in six month Or within 1 year one side ( my wife not any kind of supported about this devorce)
2] can i put up my devorce pitition in thane family court. if yes, pls give address and suggest any
3] until put up the pitition or under process devorce, can i do second marriage.pls advice me.

You are not legally entitled for second marraige unless your first marraige is dissolved by appropriate court.
