Legal Question in Family Law in India

if i m not satisfied with my lawyer can i change him.

is there any formality with which i have to comply ?

i have filed two cases

1. DV act

2. 125 crpc.

Yes, you may need to obtain NoC from him by making payment of his balance fee, if any.

you may change the lawyer after clearing off the balance due to previous lawyer.

yes you can change your lawyer but you will have to get his NOC preferably on the Vakalatnama of the lawyer you hire
