Legal Question in Family Law in India

I m staying in indonesia basically from india.got married to indian lady now she wants to file divorce in india .my family is in india.they are asking for letter of attorney to send for filing for divorce .and sayign that i have to come only once for signing .should i send letter of attorney to my family memebers or to the gals place or not send please guide me

You can give power of attorney in favour of anyone in your family to get Divorce from your wife . You need not come to India for the same.Get your Power of Attorney attested in Indian Embassy .
