Legal Question in Family Law in India

As I m unemployed wife,In Nov 2010,court has ordered 12000/- maintenence but now after two months,My in-laws has file a stay applicaton against the maintenence of myself [wife] in a High court.what should we do now.? our case in lower court is already pending.?can high court accept the case whish has been already pending in court..?

what are the grounds taken by the in laws in the high court. i would like to go through the petition filed by them and if need be, the stay can be vacated. what is the income of husband from all the sources?
