Legal Question in Family Law in India

I m a victim of physical and mental torture by my husband who is in Australia.i have filed a DV Act 2005 in India .He is earning appx 60-70 lakhs Per annum acc to Indian Currency .How much amout i can ask for maintainence from him?

and also ,

How the maintenance notice will be served uopn him in Australia,although it is in the process.As the court has ordered him that he should be present on that date in order to defend but i am sure he will not come ?

as you were physically and mentally harassed by your husband, you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and your husband will have to defend the case here in india and in case he does not appear, he may be in trouble and his permanent residency can be jeopardised.
