Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m 4 year married woman and having one ye old son..my son ditched me having affair with one of his coollegue..then nhe started quarrelled with me and call my parents ..now heither he want to keep me with him nor want divorce,due to love marriage in laws are also taking her side by saying i m abusive to them,totally irresponsible for me and child...i just want make him realise his mistakes and understand his responsibility...is there any case what can i do for this

Yes, you may file a criminal complaint against him and his parents for cruelty; you may also file a case under D.V.Act
