Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m a 29 years old woman and got married for the last 2 years.and i have a 6months old baby daughter.I m staying with my parents for the last 1 year because of the mental harrasement of my inlaws including my husband.I would like to file a case against my inlaws for mental harrasment regarding dowry but i dont want divorce from my husband because i m worried for my child's future.now i want to know what financial help can i get from my inlaws because there is no property in the name of my husband.My father in law has 2 hotels but both are in the name of my mother in law.I would like to stay with my husband but i want full mental and financial security.Is it possible?plz help

best option is file case under domestic violence act and demand shelter with husband.

You should file a petition under the Domestic Violence act for maintenance and residence.
