Hi, I ma living with m parents for 2 yrs ..DAV was filed 9 months bk..nothing much has happened..in 498A case i recovered 70% of my dowry articles..stridhan and full furniture have not been recovered. I am earning 32k and husband 45k per month.I want to live with him. In-laws and husband have got bail..husband had filed divorce case 1.7 yrs bk proceedings are on. Can the dva case help me in going bk to my my husband's house..how much time can it take..what if he refuses can they be arrested pls reply.

its better if you narrate all the facts of the case or send the copy of your complaint with court orders for better opinion.
