Legal Question in Family Law in India
Magnetic Tape Evidence in Indian Court under a case of divorce
If a conversation between a husband and his spouse in a court was recorded in a magnetic tape, can the same be submitted as a valid evidence in Indian courts subject to a divorce case? Will it be considered as an offence if recorded inside an Indian court and produced in the court as an evidence if accepted?

The tape can be a corroborative evidence to other evidence

Furnishing such evidences is easy but proving them is preety hard as there is lack of electronic infrastructure in the family courts of India.
Its better you consult a local lawyer before proceeding with evidence.
Good Luck!

Please re-draft your question with specifi details about the court, the case, the provision under which the case was being pursued and the nature of the case - civil, criminal, matrimonial etc.
your question is too general and academic.
there are some amendements in Indian Evidence Act about use of electronic evidcence which may be required to be examined in the light of specific provisions of substantive law applicable to the case in hand.
