Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am from mahesh(30) chennai married 2 years back. I have 1 year old female kid.
My is always making problem with me after she talking with her parents.
She is very normal. But if she talking to her parents, then she fight with her husband unwantedly.
Small small problem are very common in family life. But she talking with her parents, she trying to make small issue into a bigger issue.
Some times she threating me and my family members by dowri case. But we never asked any dowri.
I am suspecting her parents are trying to take contol of my salary and wife salary.
Shall I put call recorder in my wife my mobile to find out what they reallly talking?
Is it really helpful, suppose if she goes to dowri case?
Is tapping wife mobile conversation is really a serious offence?
Please advice.
