Thanks to you all first for replying me for my 1st question and assist me , well I have done some typing mistake in my 1st question, As my husband is earning 1 lakh rupees per month and my age is 23 he is 28 he has taken all my belongings including my marksheets books orignal certificates and also he has taken the security from bangalore flat where we were staying, sir when i came back from my parents home i didnt get single pin in my flat , then i filed 498a complaint against me bcz since marriage inspite of doing very good marriage from my parents they are harrasing me for money, my parents gave swift car but he has taken it in his name, also i have the videos in which he is taking cash in marriage funsction from my father around 4 lakhs rupees , sir these people are very greedy and now launched divorce complaint against me at ujjain where my inlaws stays,Iam doing MBA from reputed college of bangalore andlegally iam his wife but he is not sending me money and gone and joined castrol company in bombaywith 12lakh perannum package , sir i want to ask that can i oppose his anticipatry bail for 498a, and from where shd i file maintainance case from bangalore or from bhopal marraige place and my parent place.

You have both the options for filing a case - Bhopal as well as Bangalore.

As I advised earlier, do not attach too much importance to 498-A. Rather you should study the DVA and take appropriate action.

You must first get the Bhopal Divorce case transferred to Bangalore and file the maintenance claim in Bangalore. Kindly contact this office directly through email for further information on procedure and action.

Thanks for referring an interesting question of law involved in the matter. I had carefully gone into the facts narrated by you in your reference.

Definitely you can oppose you husband's anticipatory bail on the varius grounds as you alleged that your belongings are still in his possession, he has taken security on banglore flat, you are doing MBA and you need your your documents and also you can state facts mentioned in your reference.You can file maintenance petition at place where you are presently residing, where your marriage took place, where you resided as husband and wife.
