You may request the court to direct your husband to provide details of his bank accounts;

you may also request the court to summon the concerned bank officials in India alongwith the records of his accounts/statements.

You can disclose the bank accounts to the court and also get a certificate from the bank authorities stating that they are mainatined regularly.About your FIL's income from dry lands if you have any documentary evidence that he is deriving so much of income or from whom he is getting the income then you may submit all the records in the court,you will get appropriate maintenance.
