As per Section 125 of Cr. P. C. and the intrepretation of law given by the Hon'ble High Courts and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, a divorced wife is also entitled to maintenance from ex-husband if she can establish that she does not have any source of income whereas the husband has either source of income or the capacity to earn.

Your query is not clear but however as far as I understand my answer to maintainance under section 125 is :-

Court will put you in the category of minimum wages and thus your wife is entitled to maintainance till she re-marriage or having her sufficent income to meet her day to day affair/ expences.
