Maintaince Amount loose the job

Wife Field DVC cases withing 3 months of marriage(don't have children) in that she asking more amount+maintance and she working in private organization drawing 8,000/- P.M and husband also working in private organization. During the DVC case husand loose the job due indian economy problem. Now husband don't have job. what way she can expecting maintanceamount and what type of judgement we can expect from the court for maintance purpose.

The wife may not get maintenance but she may still be entitled to the 'shared residence'; moreover, the husband may face criminal prosecution for committing violence and cruelty; FIR u/s 498-A IPC is also possible against the husband. Therefore, efforts may be made for amicable settlement.
