Maintaince Amount1

I worked previously in Private organization drawing 40,000/- (P.M) and my wife also working in small private organization she drawing 7,000/- P.M.

In My family background, I am the only son and my father worked in government organization and he was retired and drawing 8,000/- P.M. we have an house at my native place but i don't have any rights about this property because my father it's own proerty.we are all depends on salary no extraproperty.

Now i loose my job due Indian economy problem(looking for new job), now i depends on parents.After marriage within 2 months my wife, she left from my home and filed dvc case against to all my family members. In this case she mentioned major point.''Marriage was not consumed and my husband not good in sexually physically'' at the same time in the same note in the prior column she mentioned that my marriage was damaged for the above situations she asking 28lacks plus monthly maintance.Now we are expecting divorce based on above grounds.if we get divorce i need clarification below query�s1) Right now i don't have job how can i pay the maintance? what type of judgment i can expect.2) She have rights to ask my father property? and maintance amount?3)my father & mother have resoponse to pay mai

(1) If she is working and you are not working, she may not be entitled to any maintenance except return of her 'istridhan' if the same is in your possession.

(2) She may not claim on your father's property;

(3) No, your parents may not be liable to pay any maintenance, more particularly she is employed.

she cant claim maintaince if she is working and able to sustain herself. she does not get right in your fathers self aqured property . She cannot claim maintaince from your parents
