i am in maintainence case with legal wife and paying maintainence of 12k iam not attending my job since few months.but my employer giving salary treating it as leave without my written requests and party is getting money uninterruptly without my absence .i have 7 nbws in court for not attending but my salary provided enough money paid for my absence .if i present myself in court can they arrest me ?sentenced for any law breakinng or can release arbitrarily without my apologies?etc.shall i face sentence if amount of around 200k still due to them and unable to do my job .

why did u let the situation go from bad to worse. go for easy EMIs but before that, get the NBWs cancelled.

Definitely you will get arrested.
In case of debt, court will attach your property(s) for the collection of amount due on you.
