maintanance
whether a girl has right to maintain by her father in law if her husband is mentaly disabled. pls mention section and act to support it

even if the husband is mentally disabled, the wife will have charge on his property;
if the girl and her husband - both are major - the girl does not have any right over father-in-law for her maintenance.
