Whether your husband has physical relationship with another woman is immaterial for the purposes of maintenance. You are always entitled to get the maintenance.In this situation you can reside separately from your husband and will keep on getting the maintenance if you file the petition for the same. Secondly, you are also free to seek divorce on the ground of adultery. You can also file a Criminal case of adultery under IPC.
