Maintenace Allowances
I am from Kolkata. My husband is now at Delhi , drove me out and file a divorce petition from there. It is not possible for me to go to Delhi to fight the case. I file a maintenance case U/S 125 & for its litigation cost for interim relief u/s 24 at Kolkata. But if I will not attend the divorce case pending at Delhi
it will be Ex-party . Can I now
able to file another petition U/S 24 at Delhi for my litigation ,maintenace, travelling,lodging ,fooding cost at
Delhi to attend the divorce case
from Kolkata ? Can I able to file for interim relief from two different places?

Your last question first : yes, you can seek maintenance and litigation costs at both the places;
You may also consider approaching the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for transfer of your Delhi case to Kalkota.

You can seek transfer of the Divorce Petition from Delhi to Kolkata. Transfer Petition has to be filed in Supreme Court of India.

Yes you can get the maintenance and legal costs at Kolkata and Delhi.

you can file a transfer petition before Hon'ble Supreme Court and you can get it transfer divorce petition to Kolkata filed by your husband and you also claim maintenance through kolkata court.
